As a kid, Marybeth Davis created stories out of cotton balls in her bathroom sink. Having since wrestled through the throes of religion-focused OCD and come out the other side with her faith intact, she now writes intense fantasy for other Christians who want real hope in a dark world… and who would rather nerd out about magic systems than attend a Hillsong concert. She graduated from the Author Conservatory in 2025 as the valedictorian of the business program.

 

When she’s trying to avoid her manuscript like the procrastinator she is, you can find Marybeth pranking her friends, talking to her cat in Japanese, and reading found family fanfiction until two in the morning.
